Ingredients:
- 35 c. Flour
- 6 c. Granulated Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Salt
- 1-1/4 c. Baking Powder
- 10 c. Butter
- 10 c. Milk
- 18 Eggs
- 3/4 c. Vanilla
- 9 c. White Chocolate Chips
- 1-1/2 gal. Blueberries
Instructions:
- Mix dry ingredients, and then add the wet ingredients. Add the blueberries last.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. (These were the only instructions provided by DFAC.)
- As the photo shows a sugar glaze, Ms. Carmen recommends making a simple powdered sugar + milk + vanilla glaze, found in any cookbook, and drizzling it over the top of the scones, while they are still warm.
