Blueberry Scones

Ingredients:

  • 35 c. Flour
  • 6 c. Granulated Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1-1/4 c. Baking Powder
  • 10 c. Butter
  • 10 c. Milk
  • 18 Eggs
  • 3/4 c. Vanilla
  • 9 c. White Chocolate Chips
  • 1-1/2 gal. Blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients, and then add the wet ingredients. Add the blueberries last.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. (These were the only instructions provided by DFAC.) 
  3. As the photo shows a sugar glaze, Ms. Carmen recommends making a simple powdered sugar + milk + vanilla glaze, found in any cookbook, and drizzling it over the top of the scones, while they are still warm.
