Ingredients:

  • 22 lbs. Grapes
  • 8 lbs. Cream Cheese
  • 5 lbs. Sour Cream
  • 1 qt. + 1 pt. Granulated Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Combine sour cream and cream cheese in a mixer, and mix until well incorporated and creamy.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla to mixture, and continue mixing for approximately 2-4 minutes.
  3. Stir/fold the grapes into mixture, until completely coated.
  4. Transfer to large pans, and chill until time to serve.
  5. Make same day or it becomes watery.
