Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. Onions, raw
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 – 50 oz. can Cream of Mushroom Soup, condensed
- 20 lbs. Potato, Rounds, Tater Gems
- ΒΌ c. + 1 tbsp. + β tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 lbs. Cheese Cheddar Jack Fancy Shredded
- 20 lbs. Beef, ground, 85% lean meat / 15% fat
- 2 gal. Vegetable Blend
- 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper, ground
- 1 pt. + 1 c. Tomato Ketchup
Instructions:
- Brown ground beef.
- Dice onions, mix beef, soup, onions, milk and seasonings in a bowl.
- Spread into 4- 2 inch hotel pans.
- Spread 1 bag of tater tots over each pan.
- Bake at 375Β° F for about 45 minutes or until tater tots are brown and internal temp reaches 165Β°.
- Remove from oven, cover with 12 oz cheese per pan and place in warmer until service.
