Class cedar grew green fortune Pak Choi in our greenhouse! Cadets helped me harvest it with a few other crops on Monday. The Pak Choi will be served in DFAC on Friday following the blood drive because it is a great source of iron! The other classes will be harvesting their crops next week.![]()

Additionally, Ms. Sarah and I received a farm to table grant to add two hydroponic towers to my classroom! The Axemen helped me set up the systems and we already have greens flourishing in this new system! 🥬🥒🧑🏼🍳
