Mentor Training

Our Mentors are no “rookies.” They are positive, energetic people, who know the value of preparation. We have a strong curriculum, with both Online and Onsite components. Ten (fifteen-minute) web-based e-learning modules are available below for your convenience. Follow the simple steps below to complete the Online Training, and then report your readiness for Onsite Training, which will be scheduled at various locations throughout the state. E-learning takes about two-and-a-half hours total, but can be broken into smaller, fifteen-minute blocks. It should be completed prior to attending the Onsite Mentor Training.

Complete your Online training first, and then plan to attend one of our Onsite Mentor Training sessions. (A Case Manager will contact you with available training locations, dates and times.)

Download and print the Mentor Training Question Sheet. You will need to bring this with you for the Onsite Training at IDYCA.

(Modules will require ActiveX Connect (Flash) to run, right-click on the yellow warning bar and select “Allow Blocked Content.”)
