Apple Salad Recipe

Number of Portions: 100

Ingredients:

  • 10 lbs. + 8 oz. Fresh Apples
  • 2 lbs. Seedless, Unsweetened Raisins
  • 2 lbs. + 8 oz. Vanilla, Low-Fat, Yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Wash and core apples. Do not peel.
  2. Chop into bit size pieces.
  3. Add raisins and yogurt.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Serve cold. Serving size 1/2 cup.
